I was very surprised and pleased that the base came with the wood insert, I kept the old one just in case. The cover was quite easy to replace albeit you had to pull it a bit to connect the Velcro straps. I found a you tube video that showed how to fit. So the Sporty looks like new again and can now be used by my Frenchie.

This replacement cover seems a higher quality cover than the original. The zips failed on my first cover of my EVA Sporty Deluxe just after the 1 year guarantee expired. I didn't hear anything back from my original supplier when I wanted to purchase a new one. Silver Circle Pets replied promptly and were courteous throughout, giving me updates on the delivery time scale. The zips on this replacement are working better from the start. Very pleased with product and the service. Would therefore shop with again. THANKS !
