Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you place an order, your bank temporarily reserves the funds (pre-authorisation) only. We confirm availability with our warehouse or suppliers first.
• If your items are available, we manually process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
• If your items are unavailable, we cancel the pre-authorisation, and your bank releases the reserved funds back to your account.
We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the order process.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries, particularly if certain items are available for immediate dispatch while others require additional processing time. In such cases, Silver Circle Pets reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple deliveries. Customers who choose to have theirs orders delivered seperately acknowledge and agree to the possibility of incurring additional delivery charges. By placing an order with Silver Circle Pets, you accept responsibility for any additional fees associated with multiple deliveries.
Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You’ll receive this email notification within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 2-7 business days, however, some items can take longer.
Delivery times stated on each product page is an estimated delivery period in business days.
Do you offer express delivery?
As standard we choose the most time-efficient delivery method to expedite orders. Most items are dispatched within 48 business hours, or from within the U.K.
However, we work with various different European warehouses and suppliers to fulfill some orders. While this setup allows us to offer a wide range of products, it also means that our inventory is spread across different locations. As a result, providing express delivery, at times, becomes challenging. For a more accurate delivery time, please contact us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to either cancel the affected item from your order and receive a full refund, or choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
Extended 30 Days Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to initiate a request through our dedicated online portal. Please submit your request before sending any items back.
Undeliverable Items and Re-Delivery Fees
If an item is deemed undeliverable by the delivery services and is returned to us due to no fault of Silver Circle Pets—such as when the customer fails to collect the item in time from the local pick-up point—the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees required to re-send the item. Please note that these re-delivery fees are not covered under our ‘free delivery when you spend £50’ offer.
Our missed delivery fees are charged at different tiers, typically £7.15 or £13.80, but may vary depending on the item’s origin location, size, and weight. This ensures that we can cover the costs of re-delivery and continue to provide efficient service.
Where does Silver Circle Pets deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the mainland U.K. (United Kingdom), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
As per EU Consumer Rights, there may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. As well as the Republic of Ireland.
If your address is outside of the U.K. mainland you will require a delivery quote.
