Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries, particularly if certain items are available for immediate dispatch while others require additional processing time. In such cases, Silver Circle Pets reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple deliveries. Customers who choose to have theirs orders delivered seperately acknowledge and agree to the possibility of incurring additional delivery charges. By placing an order with Silver Circle Pets, you accept responsibility for any additional fees associated with multiple deliveries.
Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You’ll receive this email notification within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 2-7 business days, however, some items can take longer.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we do, as standard. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours, and from within the U.K.
However, we work with various different European warehouses and suppliers to fulfil some orders. While this setup allows us to offer a wide range of products, it also means that our inventory is spread across different locations. As a result, providing express delivery, at times, becomes challenging. For a more accurate delivery time, please contact us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to either cancel the affected item from your order and receive a full refund, or choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
Extended 30 Days Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to initiate a request through our dedicated online portal. Please submit your request before sending any items back.

Clutch EH, EP, ER, EU
The Weber e-clutchings are among the most sold bicycle couplings on the market. In addition to thousands of times proven safety, the reason for this is above all the unbeatable operating comfort thanks to the patented bayonet closure system.
The coupling versions EH, EP and ER are special versions for certain requirements:
The EH coupling is for use on wheels with the Hebie rear stand type 661 with steel head.
The EP coupling is designed for use on wheels with Pletscher-Comp stand.
The ER coupling is designed for mounting on movable raw saffbroff dropouts.
The EU coupling is for use on special Ursus stand and Hebie rear stand FIX 663
The Weber E-coupling was designed to accommodate all types of wheels, including those with unconventional or spring-loaded rear structures.
EH coupling
This special version of the e-coupling is suitable for mounting on wheels with Hebie rear stand 661 (with steel head). (ATTENTION: The Hebie stand type 662 (plastic head) is not suitable for this!) If only the shooting plate (Lochabstand 40mm) is available on the chainstay, the EH coupling on it can also be attached without the stand.

Mounting on the bike EH coupling
Attachment to wheels with Hebie rear stand 661(with steel head) to the existing holes of the Hebie rear mounter type 661 (with steel head). The Hebie stand type 662 (plastic head) is not suitable for this.
ATTENTION! The holes of the pick-up plate on the bicycle must be continuous in any case for attachment of the EH clutch.
Not to be used for wheels made of carbon or with carbon dropouts and carbon rear construction triangle.
