MIMsafe MultiCage G4 Double Large – Crash-Tested Dog Transport Cage
When your travel plans involve two canine passengers and a little more room to settle, the Large offers a practical balance of space and flexibility. The MIMsafe MultiCage G4 Double Large is a Swedish-made, crash-tested dog transport cage designed for properly equipped vans, transport vehicles, motorhomes and pickups. Its robust, square-profile construction makes it a practical choice for owners and professionals who regularly travel with dogs.
Two individual doors make it convenient to reach either side of the cage. Inside, a movable divider lets you create differently sized compartments for two dogs, or remove the divider to provide one larger space when appropriate. It is a versatile design for changing journeys and different canine passengers.

Safety & crash testing
MultiCage has undergone crash testing at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden using the ECE R17 method for cargo protection. Materials & construction
Made in Sweden from galvanised steel finished with weather-resistant polyurethane paint, the MultiCage Double is designed for demanding vehicle transport. Its square design makes efficient use of space, while the reinforced doors, gas-assisted opening and retractable handles help make regular use more straightforward.

Measure your vehicle and compare the cage's external dimensions with the official MultiCage size chart before ordering. Allow room for safe installation, door operation and access to the vehicle's load loops.
Vehicle suitability & installation
MultiCage is intended for transport vehicles, motorhomes, multi-vans and pickups equipped with suitable cargo anchoring points. The cage must be secured at all four corners using the supplied straps and the vehicle's load loops. It is not intended for routine placement directly behind the rear seat of a conventional estate car. If installing it near a rear seat in a van, ensure that the cage does not interfere with the vehicle's deformation zone. MIMsafe recommends approximately 250–300 mm clearance between the cage and the rear boot lid where applicable; vehicle-specific suitability must be checked.

Warranty & aftercare
Covered by MIMsafe's three-year manufacturer's warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Keep your proof of purchase. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or other excluded circumstances is not covered. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We have now used the pet stroller 8 times, our dog is an older Labrador with mobility problems, it takes a bit of coaxing to get him in the stroller but once in we think he enjoys it, it gives him and us a chance to get outdoors again. The stroller is very well designed, the fold down ramp is a great idea, the mesh sides and front allow him to look at everything around him, and the front can be left open so that he can meet other dogs. The stroller is so easy to manoeuvre and a joy to push, the adjustable handle has 2 height settings the lowest is ideal for me being just under 5 foot. I have not used the rain cover yet or the bike adaptor so cannot comment on these. I hope the zips are good quality especially on the fold down ramp as this is used a lot. Overall we are very impressed with the stroller, we have had so many people asking where we got it from as they have never seen one for a larger dog before.

Easy order and quick delivery
Great buggy for my 15 year old cockapoo - eased him into it over a week and by the weekend he was loving the opportunity to rest his legs on our walks - well built, easy to assemble and Manöver. Plenty of room for the dog to sit or lie down with handy entry and exit options at the front and back. Did some off road adventures with him in Sussex which resulted in a slow puncture which was easy to fix with a bicycle repair kit - would recommend and have done so already!
Great design, good fit. Hopefully over time it will prove itself strong enough to stand up to holding a buggy.

Great pram for our Parson Russell Terrier, good size for him, easy to set up/pack down and easy to manoeuvre. Quite sturdy, feels safe when he’s in it. Wasn’t sure if he would go in but he seems to enjoy himself in there. He’s almost 13 and gets a bit tired on a longer walk so it’s great to give him a bit of a break. Would thoroughly recommend it, a reasonably priced nice looking pram.
