The MIMSafe Care2 is a practical 2-in-1 hard-shell pet carrier and pet car seat designed to give small dogs and cats a secure place to travel. Its protective shape is designed to provide impact protection in all directions, while the carrier can also be used away from the car when you need a portable place for your pet.
Care2 is secured using the vehicle's standard seat belt and is designed for use on the front passenger seat or rear seat. It is suitable for most cars and combines a protective structure with easy installation, double-door access and an integrated thermometer.

Safety
Care2 has undergone rigorous crash testing at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden using a method based on frontal-impact testing of child seats under ECE R44. The carrier has been tested in both directions, including with the doors facing sideways and with one door facing towards the seat and the other towards the front. The test has demonstrated resistance to a collision at 50 km/h (31 mph) with a 9 kg load.
The sloping construction is designed to improve the carrier's impact characteristics and reduce the risk of damage in a collision. The reinforced doors and protective structure are designed to help protect your pet during vehicle travel.
Care2 should always be secured according to the installation instructions before driving. It can be installed on the front passenger seat or rear seat using the vehicle's seat belt. In the cargo area of a station wagon, it must be properly secured and positioned so that it does not interfere with the vehicle's deformation zone. A recommended distance of 250–300 mm between the carrier and the boot lid is given for this type of installation.
Care2 does not require the passenger airbag to be deactivated when used on the passenger seat. The carrier is not IATA approved for air travel.

Materials & construction
The Care2 is constructed from aircraft aluminium and shatter-resistant nylon plastic designed to withstand large temperature variations without compromising strength. Its shockproof structure and sloping shape are designed with vehicle impact protection in mind.
The carrier features two reinforced plastic doors, a practical carrying handle and clearly marked seat-belt brackets for installation in the vehicle.
Size & dimensions
Care2 is available in Medium and Large sizes. The correct size should be chosen by measuring your pet from the ground to the withers. The pet should also be able to enter the carrier, lie down, get up, turn around and lie down again comfortably.

Easy order and quick delivery
Great buggy for my 15 year old cockapoo - eased him into it over a week and by the weekend he was loving the opportunity to rest his legs on our walks - well built, easy to assemble and Manöver. Plenty of room for the dog to sit or lie down with handy entry and exit options at the front and back. Did some off road adventures with him in Sussex which resulted in a slow puncture which was easy to fix with a bicycle repair kit - would recommend and have done so already!

Great pram for our Parson Russell Terrier, good size for him, easy to set up/pack down and easy to manoeuvre. Quite sturdy, feels safe when he’s in it. Wasn’t sure if he would go in but he seems to enjoy himself in there. He’s almost 13 and gets a bit tired on a longer walk so it’s great to give him a bit of a break. Would thoroughly recommend it, a reasonably priced nice looking pram.

Easy to put together and collapse,very sturdy.
