Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries, particularly if certain items are available for immediate dispatch while others require additional processing time. In such cases, Silver Circle Pets reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple deliveries. Customers who choose to have theirs orders delivered seperately acknowledge and agree to the possibility of incurring additional delivery charges. By placing an order with Silver Circle Pets, you accept responsibility for any additional fees associated with multiple deliveries.
Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You’ll receive this email notification within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 2-7 business days, however, some items can take longer.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we do, as standard. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours, and from within the U.K.
However, we work with various different European warehouses and suppliers to fulfil some orders. While this setup allows us to offer a wide range of products, it also means that our inventory is spread across different locations. As a result, providing express delivery, at times, becomes challenging. For a more accurate delivery time, please contact us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to either cancel the affected item from your order and receive a full refund, or choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
Extended 30 Days Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to initiate a request through our dedicated online portal. Please submit your request before sending any items back.

Front Pet Splint Key Features
Constructed of waterproof hard plastic exterior, soft interior foam padding, non-skid pad on bottom, and touch-fastener closures.Front Splint extends above carpal and completely under the foot, giving full support to bottom of your pet’s leg.
Keeps pet’s leg in normal walking position.
Supports and stabilises carpal and paw areas of front limbs.
Allows weight to be put on the broken or weak limb.
Reduces the standard cost of bandaging and casting.
Lightweight design increases the pet’s tolerance of the splint.

How to Put on the Walkin’ Rear Splint
Please Note: There is no “right” or “left” leg or paw designated for splints; splints may be used for either the right or left leg/paw. If you order a splint and it is marked with “L” it refers to the size (Large).
Sizing
Please keep in mind that the Walkin’ Front Splints are designed to support the lower part of the legs. They will not stabilize the elbow on the front leg. Please check with your local veterinarian before using the splint on your dog or pet.
If you have a cat and are interested in these splints, you will need to order the XXSmall or XSmall Splint, depending on the size of your cat. See chart.
B: Measure from end of longest toenail to just above carpal pad.
C: To measure paw width, place dog’s paw on ground so there is a natural splay, and measure the widest part.
If joint is swollen due to arthritis or other medical condition, go up a size to accommodate swelling,
and adjust fit using foam to create a more custom fit.
