In order to find which collar size will best fit your dog, we recommend measuring around the base of his/her neck (A) using a measuring tape. Remember that each brand has its own size chart and that they might differ one from another. For that reason, we strongly recommend taking your dog’s measurements carefully before placing an order.
TIPS
- When taking your dog’s neck measurement, have in mind that the collar should fit around his/her neck with room to fit one to two fingers between the collar and the neck. That will provide extra comfort to your dog, preventing the collar from getting too tight.
- If your dog is in between sizes we recommend choosing the bigger one.
INSTRUCTIONS
How to take your dog's measurements:
- Neck (A): Measure around the base of the neck.
- Belly (B): Measure the widest part of the belly, all the way round.
- Chest (D): Measure from the base of the neck to the widest part of the belly.
In order to find which harness size will best fit your dog, we recommend measuring his/her neck (A), belly (B), and chest (D). The back (C) part is not adjustable, it has a fixed measurement. However, if you wish, feel free to take your dog's back measurement for reference as well. Remember that each brand has its own size chart and that they may differ from one another. For a comfortable fit, remember that the harness should fit around your dog's body with room to fit one or two fingers between the harness and the body.
