Pet Bicycle Seat Rear Mount

For bikes with limited installation space on the steering column, the Brook & Breeze Canine Copilot Rear Mount System lets you attach the cockpit to the seat tube or seat post instead, so your pup can still ride alongside you.

Compatible with popular bike types including Brompton, road bikes, mountain bikes, commuters, and more.

Note: The seat tube or seat post must be round and have at least 9 cm (3.5 in) of clear space for installation.

Seat Tube Installation

Unlike the standard front mount, the rear mounting system does not turn with the handlebars. This gives your dog an even more stable base during the ride. The trade-off is slightly reduced knee clearance for the rider when turning.

Stable Steering

Bikes come in many shapes and sizes. The Brook & Breeze Canine Copilot has been designed with a variety of attachment methods so that the majority of designs will work: foldables, road, gravel, mountain, commuter, and more. (Unicycles would be an interesting challenge...)

Foldable Bike Compatible

Designed with the geometry of foldable bikes in mind, including Brompton and Dahon, the rear support positions the Canine Copilot in exactly the right place without impeding folding.

Note: With the mounting adapter installed, the seat post cannot be fully retracted.
