The Weber e-clutchings are among the most sold bicycle couplings on the market. In addition to thousands of times proven safety, the reason for this is above all the unbeatable operating comfort thanks to the patented bayonet closure system.
The coupling versions EH, EP and ER are special versions for certain requirements:
The EH coupling is for use on wheels with the Hebie rear stand type 661 with steel head.
The EP coupling is designed for use on wheels with Pletscher-Comp stand.
The ER coupling is designed for mounting on movable raw saffbroff dropouts.
The EU coupling is for use on special Ursus stand and Hebie rear stand FIX 663

EP coupling
This special version of the E-coupling is suitable for use on wheels with Pletscher-Comp stand.

Installation on the bike EP coupling
The coupling is screwed on from the inside to the frame tube, to the existing continuous holes of the Pletscher Comp stand (18mm hole spacing). The fixing screws of the stand are replaced by the screws included.
Important note:
If attachments on the bicycle frame do not allow the EP coupling to be added, an adapter is available for this!
Technical data EP coupling
Suitable for unbridled and braked bicycle trailers for cargo and child transport. Only for slow pedelecs up to 25 km/h. Not approved for motorized use! Not to be used for wheels made of carbon or with carbon dropouts and carbon rear construction triangle.
