Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries, particularly if certain items are available for immediate dispatch while others require additional processing time. In such cases, Silver Circle Pets reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple deliveries. Customers who choose to have theirs orders delivered seperately acknowledge and agree to the possibility of incurring additional delivery charges. By placing an order with Silver Circle Pets, you accept responsibility for any additional fees associated with multiple deliveries.
Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You’ll receive this email notification within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 2-7 business days, however, some items can take longer.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we do, as standard. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours, and from within the U.K.
However, we work with various different European warehouses and suppliers to fulfil some orders. While this setup allows us to offer a wide range of products, it also means that our inventory is spread across different locations. As a result, providing express delivery, at times, becomes challenging. For a more accurate delivery time, please contact us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to either cancel the affected item from your order and receive a full refund, or choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
Extended 30 Days Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to initiate a request through our dedicated online portal. Please submit your request before sending any items back.

Clutch EL / ES
The loads - versions of the E-clutch. Only suitable for cargo trailers, up to a train load of 80 or 100 kg.
The Weber E-coupling was developed with the aim of suiting every wheel. It is mounted by the patented polygon fastening system, twist-proof on the axle of the rear wheel.
Due to the various forms of bicycle failing and gear versions, our couplings do not generally fit all bicycles. Commonly thicker special polygons are needed for quick-release axles, special polygons for hub switching or the replacement plug axle X12.
For safety reasons, a belt with metal clasp must be used when using the E-coupling, starting from year. In 2017, be mounted on the drawbar.
Scope of delivery: 1 EL coupling or ES coupling, 1 insert, 3 standard polygon inserts (for quick clamping with 2.5 mm and 5.5 mm thickness and for full axes), installation instructions.
The EL coupling (up to 80 kg pull load) and ES coupling (up to 100 kg pull load), are exclusively for cargo trailers, only when connected to full or thru axle!).

Special polygons are required for some sporty bicycles and hub gears. These can be found under accessory coupling systems! Longer quick-release axle axles are often required.
Version E is one of the most sold bicycle couplings on the market. In addition to thousands of times proven safety, the reason for this is above all the unbeatable ease of use thanks to the patented bayonet closure system.
The Weber E-coupling was developed with the aim of suiting every wheel. The E-clutch are mounted twist-proof on the axle of the rear wheel by the patented polygon fastening system.
The coupling versions E, EL and ES connect the way they are mounted on the rear axle of the bicycle.
The E-coupling is the most universal of the three couplings and the most frequently used of the three E-variants. Subdued with inner rubber buffer, it is suitable for transporting cargo and children.
Our clutches are only for bicycles and pedelecs (max. 25km/h) allowed, not for S-Pedelecs or e-bikes from 25km/h! An e-clutch cannot be mounted for rear-wheel engines!
For safety reasons, we advise you to have the clutches on the bike mounted by your specialist dealer.
We would like to point out to all dealers and end consumers that you are responsible for the overall system of bicycle trailer and its correct function in the interests of product liability!

Mounting on the bike
The E-couplings are fixed to the left, rear failure with the quick clamp, the screw axis or with the Weber replacement thrule. A polygon insert that interferes with the failing of the frame ensures the coupling against twisting and is used to adjust the angle of the clutch.
Installation problems exist at:
- Rohloff gear hubs with full axis. Here, the Weber ER coupling is recommended, provided that a movable Rohloff failing is available.
- Bicycles with short, vertical droppings
- Tricycles or. Special bicycles please contact the respective manufacturers, for example. HP Velotechnik; Rabbi Special Wheels; Arved Klütz etc.
- not usable when dropouts opened horizontally to the rear (e.g. almost all Gazelle models)
- not usable for wheels made of carbon or with carbon dropouts and carbon rear.
