Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries, particularly if certain items are available for immediate dispatch while others require additional processing time. In such cases, Silver Circle Pets reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple deliveries. Customers who choose to have theirs orders delivered seperately acknowledge and agree to the possibility of incurring additional delivery charges. By placing an order with Silver Circle Pets, you accept responsibility for any additional fees associated with multiple deliveries.
Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You’ll receive this email notification within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Usually 2-7 business days, however, some items can take longer.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we do, as standard. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours, and from within the U.K.
However, we work with various different European warehouses and suppliers to fulfil some orders. While this setup allows us to offer a wide range of products, it also means that our inventory is spread across different locations. As a result, providing express delivery, at times, becomes challenging. For a more accurate delivery time, please contact us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to either cancel the affected item from your order and receive a full refund, or choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
Extended 30 Days Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to initiate a request through our dedicated online portal.Please submit your request before sending any items back.

We deliver anywhere in the U.K. (United Kingdom) As per EU Consumer Rights, there may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

The 8” front wheel has a sturdy EFA tyre that is resistant to punctures, and the brakes are excellent. Equipped with strong pneumatic 16” rear wheels, the adaptable off-road Sporty dog buggy and trailer is a superb option for exploring and taking part in outdoor activities. An excellent choice of pet stroller for small to medium-sized dogs. It can support up to 30kg of weight. Your dog can exit from the front or rear, and the rear door is low to the ground.
The Sporty Evolution 2.0 is a versatile pet stroller or bike trailer for dogs, with a bike tow arm included. Switch between the two with ease. This combination off-road dog pram and dog bike trailer has a cosy cabin for your pet to snooze in. Your pet will have large windows to enjoy the outside and lots of ventilation thanks to the mesh material that is sewn into the carriage. Depending on your dog's preference, you can unzip the central, smaller top window or the larger front window. The handy lead that can be attached to your dog's collar inside the carriage means you won't have to worry about them hopping out.

Maintenance & Care Instruction
Using cold water and mild soap to give the entire fabric area and canopy a good cleaning with a damp cloth. With a dry towel, wipe away excess water and soap. Let the fabric air dry in a warm place, but not in direct sunlight.
