Check the Fit for Your Pet

Your pet should be able to sit, lay in a curled position, stand, and turn around in the crate, but it should also be a snug fit to ensure safety.

• Length: Measure your pet from tip of nose to base of tail. Pet should be no more than 81 cm long.
• Height: Measure your pet from shoulder blade (withers) to feet. Pet should be no more than 53 cm tall.
• Weight Capacity: Your pet should weigh no more than 45 kg. If using the crate divider, the combined pet weight should be no more than 45 kg.
  
  

Important note: Withers height does not include the dog's head. Some dogs may exceed the 55 cm interior height of the crate when standing naturally. A seated, hunched position is acceptable. You know your pet best — select a crate size that accurately reflects their measurements and temperament.

Check the Fit for Your Vehicle

Use our guide below to measure your vehicle before purchasing. Note: set your vehicle seatback recline to its most upright position before measuring.

• Step 1: Floor depth of boot space: Measure from the rear of the vehicle seat back to the bottom of the hatch. Minimum 83.8 cm required.

• Step 2: Seat depth of boot space: Measure from the top of the vehicle seat back to the hatch. Minimum 50.8 cm required. Note: this measurement varies due to seat back angle and height — refer to your vehicle manufacturer if needed.

• Step 3: Length of boot space: Measure the narrowest point of your floor length (side to side), usually where the wheel wells are. Minimum 96.5 cm required. Ensure there are no intrusions into the space that would contact the upper part of the crate.

• Step 4: Height of boot: Measure from floor to the lowest ceiling point. Minimum 76.2 cm required.

• Step 5: Locating vehicle anchor bars: Four vehicle anchor points are required for proper fitment. Please refer to the Everett manual for proper tie-down instructions.
