Where to Buy FikaGO in the UK

If you've been searching for FikaGO pet strollers and wondering where you can actually buy one in the UK, the answer's simple: Silver Circle Pets. We're the official UK retailer for the brand, which means you're buying the real thing, not a grey-import copy that skips proper safety certification or comes with no warranty paperwork at all. Every stroller we sell is certified to the EN 1888 standard, the same safety classification used for pushchairs and prams, so you're not gambling on something that's cut corners to save money.

A lot of our customers find FikaGO through Instagram, a friend's dog, or a magazine feature, then start hunting for somewhere trustworthy to buy from. That's exactly what this page is for.

Why buy through an authorised UK retailer?

You can technically order almost anything from overseas these days. But with pet strollers, that usually means dealing with customs charges after the fact, a returns address in another country, and a warranty that may not cover you once the product's left its home market.

Buying through us sidesteps all of that. Every FikaGO product we sell comes through the brand's official retail network, so the manufacturer's warranty applies properly. You're paying in pounds, not converting currency at checkout and hoping the exchange rate was fair. And if something needs to go back, you're sending it to an address in the UK, not shipping it abroad at your own cost.

Import fees, where they'd normally apply, are already built into our pricing. No surprise invoice from customs a few weeks after your parcel arrives.

What you get when you order from us

Buying from Silver Circle Pets isn't just about getting the stroller in a box. A few things come as standard:

• Manufacturer warranty on every genuine FikaGO product.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

• 30-day returns, so there's time to see how it actually works with your dog, not just how it looks in photos.

• UK-based customer support if you've got a question before or after you buy.

We built the buying process to feel like walking into a proper pet shop and talking to someone who knows the products, rather than clicking through a faceless checkout.

Common questions

Q: Is Silver Circle Pets an official FikaGO stockist?

Yes. We're the exclusive UK retailer, and every product we sell is genuine and manufacturer-supported.

Q: Can I just order from FikaGO's own site and have it shipped here?

FikaGO runs separate sites for different regions. For UK customers, we're the dedicated retail partner, so you get local pricing, local delivery and support based here rather than abroad.

Q: What's the actual benefit of buying UK versus ordering internationally?

Mainly: paying in pounds, having a working warranty, getting support from someone in your own time zone, and being able to use our UK returns process if you need to send something back.
